MYCHAL SORENSEN

Mychal Sorensen is an Entertainment Arts in Animation graduate from CSU Fullerton in Orange County, CA. He is currently enrolled at Otis College of Art in Design in Los Angeles, CA pursuing his MFA in Graphic Design.

He loves to explore with color and find new and creative ways to tell stories. He also minored in Cinema and Television Arts, and loves splitting his time between the animated digital world and the fast-paced, live-action videography and photography world. 

When he's not designing props or characters for animation, you can find him shooting product and event openings, and music videos for upcoming artists. 

His illustration works have been featured in the North Hollywood Carter Sexton Art Show, Burbank Arts For All, Eyes Wide Shut, the Pancakes & Booze Art Show and at the West Hollywood Library. 

He has shot with LA-based celebrity jewelry designer ONCH on both his Kewpie and Hollywood 100 x tokidoki collections, SoCal clothing curator In Heroes We Trust, fashion designer MildaMade, California Apparel News, Spotify, and Canvas Rebel. 

His works have been published in Los Angeles Magazine,  Angeleno Magazine, Shoutout LA, Hazelberry Magazine and Artells Magazine, and has been recognized by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

Mychal is currently the Creative Director for the KPOP cover group New Flavor. 

He resides in Los Angeles, CA.
